Here at Knockando, we pride ourselves on creating exclusive, luxury products that stand the test of time and even improve with age!
We are frequently asked by our customers on how to clean their Knockando products, in particular our lambswool throws.
We advise the following cleaning tips:
To retain softness and quality we suggest hand washing in cold water followed by a gentle wring.
Alternatively you can machine wash using a speciality wool detergent. Ensure your settings are at a delicate wash cycle and low action washer spin (be careful to not just use the wool setting!)
Be sure to shake out your throw before washing to remove any loose bits of debris.
We recommend air drying the product flat to retain shape.
For any stains, seek a dry-cleaners advice.
